RULE 1: Opening
and Maintaining Your Account
The following
applies to all account types.

Rules: You must be at least
18 years of age in order to obtain and use a telephone
betting account. You are responsible for checking the laws
in your own jurisdiction before placing a bet on our web
site. Customers may open only one account. If we have reason
to believe that a customer has more than one account we will
treat those accounts as one single joint account. Accounts
opened using the same name, address or debit/credit card
details to benefit from offers or promotions are not
allowed. If we have sufficient evidence or reason to believe
that this is the case we reserve the right to withdraw any
offers to any customer and to ignore the bonus or offer for
settlement purposes.
All bets placed on new accounts are subject to verification
of the identity of the account holder. In instances where we
are unable to verify the authentication of an account holder
to our satisfaction we reserve the right to cancel all bets.
Stan James reserves the right to refuse to open any account
or to close any account at any time in its absolute
discretion.

Minimum Stake Per Call:
Please note that for telephone betting there is a minimum
stake per call of £5 (or currency equivalent), which should
be made up of no more than five separate bets. There is no
minimum stake for Internet bets although there is a minimum
deposit of £5 (or currency equivalent).

Statements: An itemised
statement can be viewed by selecting the "My Account" option
at the top of the web site. Telephone clients will not
receive a statement unless you request differently. Please
note, we will not continue to send statements by post if you
are registered online.

betting call centre and Customer Service Department are open
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
